In this Instructables I'm going to show you how to model a creeper keychain for 3d printing in fusion 360.

Step 1: Making a Box

The first step is to create a sketch do so by going un SKETCH-> Create Sketch. Then select one of the 3 planes it shows in orange. With the line tool (which you can also find under the sketch tab or the hotkey for it is L) sketch a 8mm by 8mm box.

Step 2: Sketching the Face

Zoom out so the squares on the grid are 1mm big so 1 mm=1 pixel. Then start sketching the face with the line tool.

Step 3: Extruding It

Go under CREATE -> Extrude select all the faces and extrude them 8mm.

Step 4: Unhide the Sketch

When you extrude a part from a sketch it hides the sketch. To show the sketch again in the top left corner click the arrow by Sketches, then show it again by clicking on the light bulb.

Step 5: Extruding the Face

Go under CREATE -> Extrude then select the eyes and mouth of the creeper sketch, and move them 1mm into the box with the operation cut.

Step 6: Scaling It

The head is only 8mm big (about .3 inches) so let's change that. To scale it go under MODIFY -> Scale then scale it by a factor of 3.

Step 7: Adding a Bevel

To make it look better you can add a bevel. To do this go under MODIFY -> Chamfer then select all the outside edges of the cube and input 2mm for the distance.

Step 8: Starting Keychain Hook

Start a sketch on opposite side to the face, then in a corner use the line tool to mark out 2mm on both sides of the bevel.

Step 9: Marking Points

From those points draw a line 45°(or 135°depending on what corner you picked) down to the inner square.

Step 10: Forming the Shape

Then make the line come out by 6mm on both sides. Connect the 2 ends next.

Step 11: Extruding It

Extrude that shape toward the face by 2mm.

Step 12: Add a Fillet

With the fillet tool (which can be found under MODIFY -> Fillet) Make the edges close to a semicircle. This doesn't have to be perfect.

Step 13: Make a Circle

Make a sketch on the surface of the keychain hook then roughly in the middle make a circle by going under SKETCH -> Circle -> Center Diameter Circle.

Step 14: Cut the Circle Into It

Extrude that circle sketch into the surface with the operation cut.

Step 15: Turning It Into a STL

Now that it's done you need to turn it into a STL file to be able to print it. To do this go under MAKE -> 3D Print

Click on the model then in the box that popped uncheck Send to 3D Print Utility.

Step 16: 3D Print and Enjoy

Now all it needs is to just be be printed! Hope this helped.
